We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in managing the month-end close process, performing accurate balance sheet reconciliations, and ensuring overall financial reporting excellence within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Perform comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve financial processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage audit requirements.
- CA/CPA qualified.
- Proven experience in retail or FMCG sector, ideally with strong exposure to month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
