If you are an experienced Real Estate lawyer who has worked across a broad range of Property matters especially larger scale and complex and are also looking to transition into a Tier 1 practice then this is a role you will need to consider. In this role you will advise across:

• Large scale Sales & Acquisitions
• Real Estate Investments
• Real Estate Developments 
• Funds Management
• Property Finance 
• Real Estate JV's

You will have at least 5 years of Real Estate experience from a top or mid tier firm or reputable In House organisation. You will have a strong technical skill set. Excellent drafting and negotiating skills and you will have excellent leadership skills.
