You will work with stakeholders to gather information and document key requirements. provide thought leadership and analysis of proposed solutions (and options) for key projects, business gaps, and problems.
The role requires knowledge of the operational functions within the business and the work processes within and across the different functions. The BA is expected to bridge the gap between IT and business teams. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate experience in these areas:
- Retail industry work experience
- Business processes analysis and mapping
- Ecommerce experience with either Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shoptify etc
- Ideally have come from a strong inventory/merchandise background with experience on projects across the whole supply chain
- Experience managing Point of Sale (POS) projects (ideal)
- E-commerce project experience
- WMS/Inventory Management experience (ideal)
- Good problem solving abilities
- Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills
- Confidence in presenting solutions to our business
- Exposure to order management systems
