About the role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to work with a you will partner and immerse with stakeholders across all business areas to understand the current state of play, analyse and capture business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement, using technology as the enabler.
The successful candidate will deliver high quality user stories, business, functional and non-functional requirements.
About you:
- 5+ years in a BA role.
- Demonstrated, applied experience delivering complex projects and working as a Business Analyst throughout the project lifecycle for software/maintenance/ development/ implementation projects
- Able to understand business functionality and translate it into project requirements
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational and project requirements
- Ability to create compelling business cases with accurate cost and effort estimations
- Significant practical experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification and methodology development
- Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language
- Experience overseeing the design, development and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems or products
- Practical experience in formal IT testing and testing methodologies
