About the Role:

You will support and enable the delivery of a single customer view (including customer loyalty program) across the various customer touch points.
However, the immediate focus will be on the gaming customer with the implementation of their system solution across 3 gaming venues to achieve standardisation and simplification. Ultimately, this role is responsible for the successful transition to an in-house model with a go-live date of 1 August 2022.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate qualification in a  technology or business-related discipline with a minimum of 7 years Information Technology experience, implementing customer-facing systems, platforms and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead business analysis and project activities, undertake solution development, support/maintenance in a multi business unit environment.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing a Single Customer View across different transactional and operational systems; proven ability to manage complex data requirements and information architectures.
• Previous experience in the delivery of technology projects to business, including workflow optimization, system integration, data consolidation and organisational change elements.
• Proven customer orientation and ability to implement and manage a client focused service delivery.
• Proven financial management skills including project estimation and sizing, project execution and IT operational support and maintenance.
• Successfully delivered large initiatives.
