Operating at a true Finance Business Partner level, you’ll sit at the centre of the business, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across operations, commercial, and leadership teams to drive performance and strategic decision-making.
This is not a traditional reporting role. It’s a highly commercial, forward-looking position where your insights will directly influence outcomes.

You’ll be joining a high-calibre finance team embedded within the business, where finance is seen as a true strategic partner to operations and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insights and strategic recommendations
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across key business units
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve business performance and profitability
- Support decision-making through scenario modelling and financial analysis
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and systems
- CA / CPA qualified
- Proven experience in a commercial finance / business partnering role
- Background within large, complex organisations (multi-entity / matrix environments)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
- Demonstrated career progression and stability
- A proactive, commercially minded approach, not just reporting, but driving decisions
