About the Company

With a continued focus on product investment, data-led decision making and scalable growth, the business is seeking a commercially minded finance professional to support strategic planning and performance across a key function.

The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, this role will partner closely with divisional stakeholders to deliver financial planning, analysis and commercial insights that support investment, roadmap and resourcing decisions. The position offers broad exposure across strategic finance, business partnering, reporting, modelling and operational performance within a fast-paced technology environment.

What You’ll Do
• Partner with divisional leaders to provide commercial insights and decision support
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling across Product & Technology
• Build driver-based models to support investment and scenario analysis
• Prepare reporting packs and presentations for leadership discussions
• Analyse cloud, AI and technology cost drivers and performance trends
• Support workforce planning and FTE analysis
• Improve reporting, dashboards and planning processes
• Drive automation and AI-enabled process improvements
• Consolidate financial and operational performance data
• Help improve scalability and consistency across reporting frameworks

What We’re Looking For
• CA / CPA / CFA qualified or part-qualified
• Experience within commercial finance, FP&A or strategic finance
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Exposure to technology, SaaS or product-led businesses highly regarded
• Experience with planning tools, SQL, Python or BI tools advantageous
