The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the Group CFO, GM's and Operational Managers, you will enjoy being part of a team of strong performers and be involved in the following:
- Build detailed models for current and upcoming business acquisitions;
- Co-ordinate with bank and advisers (data room for deals);
- Project manage the integration of new businesses (systems, processes, etc);
- Coordinate related continuous improvement projects;
- Assistance with strategy analysis; and
- Ad hoc analysis as required.
We are looking for a strong commercial manager with M&A experience (ideally both buy & sell side). You may have a background from banking, consulting or transactional services coupled with commerce and strategy experience. Other areas of experience will include:
- Modelling deals.
- Project Management experience.
- Strategy analysis.
- Self starter, flexible and nimble approach to manage priorities.
