This is an entirely newly created role where you can truly shape and bring CRM to life by enhancing our CRM journey and creating a more tailored customer experience. Starting with a deep dive into the analysis, your skills and experience can evolve your findings into a new road-map for both existing and potential new customers.

  • Analyse the database – full deep dive into the data.
  • Understand the flow of customer data through the journey from leads to first time buyers and then becoming active. Improve conversion of first to active.
  • Analyse and discover the reasons for customers defecting and becoming inactive and devise a plan of winning back & re-engaging this segment to improve active database.
  • Identify more advanced and complex opportunities to optimize CRM plan.
  • Support on developing the life-cycle marketing activities to deepen customer engagement and drive growth in key customer metrics.
  • Support a deeper understanding of the customer and create personas based on the segments that emerge from the data analysis.
  • Plan and deliver CRM campaigns that enhance customer retention and work for new acquisition.
  • Enhance customer data quality through sign up and ongoing data management processes
  • Devise and plan a customer communication strategy that improves key metrics. E.g. open rate/ click through rates/ conversion etc.
  • Report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
  • Support the strategy for prospecting and CRM ads through the digital marketing channels.
  • Provide CRM segments that paid digital marketing can use to target existing customers and look alike audiences
  • Enhance the data into the CRM platform ensuring it works seamlessly and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.  
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar commercially focused CRM role.
  • Complete A/B testing, target vs control.
  • Knowledge of CRM omni channel retention marketing including push, email, paid and other organic channels
  • Experience working within a Marketing Automation system
  • Proven experience developing and delivering CRM campaigns in various channels including social, display, Ecommerce and mobile.
  • General ability with reporting, analytics and data.
