This is a newly created role where you can shape and bring CRM to life by enhancing our CRM journey and creating a more tailored customer experience. Starting with a deep dive into the analysis, your skills and experience can evolve your findings into a new road-map for both existing and potential new customers.
Responsibilities
- Analyse the database – full deep dive into the data.
- Support on developing the life-cycle marketing activities to deepen customer engagement and drive growth in key customer metrics.
- Plan and deliver CRM campaigns that enhance customer retention and work for new acquisition.
- Devise and plan a customer communication strategy that improves key metrics. E.g. open rate/ click through rates/ conversion etc.
- Support the strategy for prospecting and CRM ads through the digital marketing channels.
- Provide CRM segments that paid digital marketing can use to target existing customers and look alike audiences
- Enhance the data into the CRM platform ensuring it works seamlessly and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar CRM role.
- Experience with A/B testing
- Knowledge of CRM omni channel retention marketing including push, email, paid and other organic channels
- Experience working within a Marketing Automation system
- Proven experience developing and delivering CRM campaigns
- General ability with reporting, analytics and data.
