If you are an experienced debt recovery & disputes lawyer who is looking to move into a fast paced and busy practice then this is an opportunity you will need to consider. In this role you will be involved in:

• Contractual disputes
• Misleading and deceptive conduct
• Employment Disputes
• Real Estate Disputes  
• Shareholder Disputes
• IP Disputes 
• A wide array of debt recovery matters

You will have at least 5 years of Debt Recovery & Dispute Resolution experience. You will have a strong technical skill set. Excellent drafting and negotiating skills and you will have excellent leadership skills. A network of contacts would be advantageous but not a prerequisite. You will also have excellent business development skills.
