About you 

• You have proven experience in a similar role working on multi-storey commercial and residential projects, e.g. high-rise apartment structures, or multi story hotels
• You have demonstrated understanding of detailed documentation and tender package set up, as well as knowledge of building detailing
• You have a demonstrated understanding of Australian building standards and general building codes
• Solid working knowledge of Revit Architecture is essential
• You will have experience in managing a shop drawing review process, and responding to site RFI's in a timely manner
• You will have an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude, as well as a very collaborative approach and a partnering mindset
• You will be calm and composed, even during times of pressure, and show determination and perseverance
• You will approach problems with positivity and find a way to get things done
• Will be willing to make timely and well-reasoned decisions and provide clear information and explanations, both verbally and in writing
