Working as part of a specialist People & Culture team, you will partner closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, providing expert guidance across employee relations, workplace matters and people-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a broad range of employee relations matters from initial enquiry through to resolution.
- Providing advice on performance management, conduct, investigations and workplace issues.
- Developing and reviewing people policies, procedures and frameworks.
- Supporting leaders with the interpretation and application of employment legislation and industrial instruments.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Contributing to broader People & Culture projects and initiatives.
- Previous experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources or Workplace Relations.
- Strong advisory capability and confidence managing complex stakeholder conversations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in a client-facing or consultancy-style environment.
- Salary package up to $150,000 - $170,000 inclusive of superannuation.
