If you are an experienced Employment and Industrial Relations professional that is looking for a challenging and diverse role In House then this is an opportunity you will need to consider. In this role you will be involved in:

• End-to-end enterprise bargaining
• Developing enterprise bargaining tactical plans for each agreement
• Developing the Vic | Tas Enterprise Bargaining strategy in support of the national strategy
• Managing F10 (s.739 applications) and other Industrial disputation (i.e. right of entry, industrial coverage, good faith bargaining, PABO & industrial action)
• Union management & disputation
• Driving ER |IR change agenda’s within the operational group
• Managing Unfair dismissal and general protect disputes up until arbitration or similar disputes
• Partnering with the operations group to optimise the financial return of the IR landscape
• Partnering with the HR business partners – as required
• Working with General managers, regional managers, and branch managers to effect the required outcomes
• General IR | ER projects and duties

You will have at least 5 years of experience across this space. You will also have a strong strategic and commercial mindset. Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills and you will also bring a can do attitude.
