- End-to-end enterprise bargaining
- Developing enterprise bargaining tactical plans for each agreement
- Developing the Vic | Tas Enterprise Bargaining strategy in support of the national strategy
- Managing F10 (s.739 applications) and other Industrial disputation (i.e. right of entry, industrial coverage, good faith bargaining, PABO & industrial action)
- Union management & disputation
- Driving ER |IR change agenda’s within the operational group
- Managing Unfair dismissal and general protect disputes up until arbitration or similar disputes
- Partnering with the operations group to optimise the financial return of the IR landscape
- Partnering with the HR business partners – as required
- Working with General managers, regional managers, and branch managers to effect the required outcomes
- General IR | ER projects and duties
You will have at least 5 years of experience across this space. You will also have a strong strategic and commercial mindset. Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills and you will also bring a can do attitude.
