Reporting into senior finance leadership, with close working relationships across operational and commercial stakeholders, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, performance analysis and strategic decision-making within a high-performing and fast-paced environment.
You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high quality analysis, planning and insights that support business performance, investment decisions and broader growth initiatives. The role will also contribute to continuous improvement across reporting, planning and decision support processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, automation and the quality of management information. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting annual budgeting, forecasting and planning processes across operating expenditure, investment and headcount
- Partnering with key stakeholders to provide commercial analysis, financial insights and decision support
- Building and maintaining financial models to support scenario analysis, investment decisions and business planning
- Consolidating and analysing business performance to provide visibility on key financial and operational metrics
- Preparing reporting packs, dashboards and materials to support leadership decision-making
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting frameworks, processes and ways of working through greater automation and efficiency
You are CA/CPA qualified (or close to completion), with experience gained from either Big 4/Mid-Tier and/or a commercial FP&A, strategic finance or business partnering environment. You bring strong financial modelling and analytical capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders. Equally important will be your collaborative approach, intellectual curiosity and ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
