The Role
Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with a range of operational stakeholders, providing value adding commercial advice, analysis and reporting. Specifically, your duties will include:
- Work with leadership within the program to provide effective and timely financial support, modelling and analysis in order to support informed operational decision making. This will include direct linkages with activity revenue, workforce and other related performance metrics
- Provide advice to support clinical costing activities
- Business case evaluation
- Establishing relationships outside of finance to deliver analysis and commentary on key result areas
- Providing commercial information and insights to other departments as requested
- Ad hoc internal reporting
- Capital expenditure reporting and evaluation
- Identifying and executing process improvement opportunities
- Preparation of the annual budget and monthly reforecasting
- Interpreting financial/non-financial information and other tasks completed with a view to identify and solving issues
- Ad hoc analysis and projects
You are CA/CPA qualified with experience as an established Finance Business Partner in at a large organisation. Additionally your analytical ability is first class, allowing you to quickly identify key performance drivers and improve commercial outcomes through high quality analysis. You are confident and highly credible, and have the interpersonal and communication skills necessary to build strong relationships across the business. Your negotiating and influencing skills enable you to effectively execute process improvement opportunities. This role will initially be offered as a contact.
