As a trusted business partner to the Senior Leadership Team you will be responsible for providing commercial and financial expertise to the business with a focus on strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling and analysis.
Key tasks will include:
- Development of complex financial models
- Analysis of potential acquisition opportunities
- Risk assessment
- Input into Due Diligence work
- Preparation and presentation of business cases to SLT
- Industry and market analysis
You are CA/CPA or CFA qualified, with a depth of experience from a Big 4/Mid-Tier environment (Ideally TS/Insolvency/Corporate Finance) and/or from a large complex commercial business. You have the credibility and presence to engage extensively with non-financial stakeholders, while also being able to work independently and objectively. You have outstanding analytical and planning skills, and well-developed commercial acumen.
You will also be a genuine business partner who is able to build strong relationships across the business, particularly with the SLT and ELT.
