Reporting into senior finance leadership, with close working relationships across operational and commercial stakeholders, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, performance analysis and strategic decision-making within a high-performing and fast-paced environment.
You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high quality analysis, planning and insights that support business performance, investment decisions and broader growth initiatives. The role will also contribute to continuous improvement across reporting, planning and decision support processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, automation and the quality of management information. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting annual budgeting, forecasting and planning processes across operating expenditure, investment and headcount
- Partnering with key stakeholders to provide commercial analysis, financial insights and decision support
- Building and maintaining financial models to support scenario analysis, investment decisions and business planning
- Consolidating and analysing business performance to provide visibility on key financial and operational metrics
- Preparing reporting packs, dashboards and materials to support leadership decision-making
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting frameworks, processes and ways of working through greater automation and efficiency
You are CA/CPA or CFA qualified, with a depth of experience from a Big 4/Mid-Tier environment (Ideally TS/Insolvency/Corporate Finance) and/or from a large complex commercial business. You have the credibility and presence to engage extensively with non-financial stakeholders, while also being able to work independently and objectively. You have outstanding analytical and planning skills, and well-developed commercial acumen.
You will also be a genuine business partner who is able to build strong relationships across the business, particularly with the SLT and ELT.
