About the Role
This is a key finance leadership role within Group Financial Controls. This 12-month or more fixed term contract partners closely with senior finance stakeholders. You will ensure strong financial integrity and governance across the development portfolio, supporting capital investment decisions, growth initiatives, and reporting accuracy. This role requires a technically strong finance professional who can provide insight, constructive challenge, and continuous improvement across processes and controls. There are two available opportunities within Investment Management & Development divisions.

Duties
• Lead financial control and governance across the development / Investment Management portfolio
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insight, assurance, and constructive challenge
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks
• Support capital investment and growth initiatives with financial inputs
• Review key papers and contribute to divisional strategy
• Drive continuous improvement in financial controls, processes, and reporting
• Provide guidance and mentoring to finance managers and business leaders

Skills and Experience
• Senior experience in accounting, financial control, or commercial finance
• Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
• Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Ability to manage financial risk
• CA or CPA preferred with relevant tertiary qualifications
• Experience driving controls and process improvements
• Analytical, detail-focused, and confident with senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial and strategic understanding
