We are currently partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a Financial Accountant for an immediate temporary assignment.
This is a hands-on role supporting the finance team during a busy period, with a strong focus on leasing, IFRS reporting and fixed assets.
The Role
This position will play a key role in supporting month-end and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and maintaining the integrity of the fixed asset and lease registers.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply strong technical accounting knowledge across financial reporting and month-end processes
- Manage and account for leases under IFRS 16
- Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals and depreciation
- Support IFRS compliance and assist with technical accounting matters
- Work closely with stakeholders across finance and the wider business
- Contribute to process improvements and support during peak workload periods
- Strong technical accounting experience
- Proven experience with IFRS and IFRS 16 leasing
- Solid fixed assets accounting experience
- Exposure to aircraft leasing (highly desirable)
- Ability to start quickly and hit the ground running
