Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end close, including journals, accruals and reconciliations
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting commentary
- Assist with half-year and year-end reporting and audit requirements
- Variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year
- Maintain financial integrity across the general ledger
- Support process improvement initiatives and ad hoc finance projects
- Mentor junior members within the finance team
- CA/CPA qualified
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in financial accounting roles
- Experience within a large corporate environment
- Retail experience advantageous but not essential
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- SAP experience highly regarded
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across the business
