An exciting opportunity has become available for a technically strong Senior Financial Accountant to join a well-established, globally recognised business undergoing significant growth and transformation.
Backed by substantial investment and experiencing rapid expansion, this organisation is strengthening its finance function and is seeking a hands-on finance professional who can make an immediate impact.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting month-end close, balance sheet integrity, audit readiness, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead key month-end close activities including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain robust balance sheet reconciliations and audit-ready working papers
- Support statutory reporting, external audits, and compliance requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial controls and reporting efficiency
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure accurate and timely financial information
- CA/CPA qualified (or nearing completion)
- 5+ years' experience in financial accounting roles
- Strong experience with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit support
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working within a growing and evolving business
- Experience with ERP systems, MYOB, Xero, or similar finance platforms
