The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role sits at the heart of the Group Finance function and plays a critical role in supporting enterprise-wide financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
You will work closely with senior finance leaders and executive stakeholders, delivering insights that influence business performance at the highest level. This is an excellent opportunity for a CA-qualified professional looking to further develop their commercial acumen within a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation, consolidation, and ongoing enhancement of Group financial reporting templates
- Deliver monthly Group reporting, including variance analysis and performance insights for leadership teams
- Support the Group budgeting and forecasting process, consolidating inputs across regions
- Provide financial modelling and analysis to support strategic initiatives and product innovation
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes and data structures, leveraging ERP/EPM systems
- CA qualified with 4–6 years’ experience in accounting, FP&A, or commercial finance
- Background in a Group FP&A role within a listed organisation (ASX, NZX, or global equivalent)
- Strong financial modelling, reporting, and analytical capabilities
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
- Exposure to ERP/EPM systems (Oracle highly regarded)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
