The Position 

Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will provide trusted and expert HR advice to both employees and managers regarding recruitment, performance, compensation, employee relations, benefits, and training. You will support the organisation in relation to change management and project work.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Provision of high quality advice and support services in relation to human resources, employment relations and industrial relations matters;
  • Advise and support on the negotiation of company-wide Enterprise Agreements;
  • Effectively manage complex employee relations issues and queries, and provide specialist HR advice and support services on HR matters;
  • Provide proactive support to the HR Business Partners in undertaking efficient conduct of complex case management services;
  • Develop accurate, concise and timely written advice and reports to key stakeholders as required; 
  • Support the implementation of HR projects and strategies as required.
Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, employment relations, psychology or related business discipline;
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior HR Advisor in a multi-site business, with exposure to most facets of the employment life cycle particularly employment relations;
  • Highly developed knowledge and experience of contemporary HR practice, employment law and industrial instruments;
  • Proven ability to work independently while being able to build collaborative relationships to develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships with customers and colleagues;
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service in the provision of a high quality service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
