Reporting to the Head of People, this role will lead the delivery of progressive, high-quality HR services that support organisational performance, people strategy, and long-term growth.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in the inner northern suburbs of Perth, offering flexible work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice
- Deliver and embed HR strategies aligned to organisational objectives and growth
- Drive innovation and transformation across the full employee lifecycle
- Enhance ways of working through the adoption of digital HR systems and platforms
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and capability development
- Lead HR projects focused on process improvement and system optimisation
- Ensure compliance, contracts and governance frameworks are maintained
- Provide insights and recommendations through HR reporting and data analysis
You are a proactive and commercially aware HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR Advisory position within a medium-to-large organisation
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practice, and workforce planning
- Demonstrated capability to lead change initiatives and manage competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels
- People leadership experience with a focus on performance, development, and team culture
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline (desirable)
- Ability to meet relevant pre-employment checks and work rights requirements
