A large NFP organisation is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a values-driven leadership team and make a meaningful impact across the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of People, this role will lead the delivery of progressive, high-quality HR services that support organisational performance, people strategy, and long-term growth.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in the inner northern suburbs of Perth, offering flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice
  • Deliver and embed HR strategies aligned to organisational objectives and growth
  • Drive innovation and transformation across the full employee lifecycle
  • Enhance ways of working through the adoption of digital HR systems and platforms
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and capability development
  • Lead HR projects focused on process improvement and system optimisation
  • Ensure compliance, contracts and governance frameworks are maintained
  • Provide insights and recommendations through HR reporting and data analysis
About You
You are a proactive and commercially aware HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
You will bring:
  • Proven experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR Advisory position within a medium-to-large organisation
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practice, and workforce planning
  • Demonstrated capability to lead change initiatives and manage competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels
  • People leadership experience with a focus on performance, development, and team culture
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline (desirable)
  • Ability to meet relevant pre-employment checks and work rights requirements
