A leading multinational organisation is seeking an experienced HR professional to join its People & Culture team. Partnering with leaders across corporate and project environments, you'll play a key role in supporting workforce initiatives and delivering practical HR solutions.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this broad generalist role combines hands-on business partnering with involvement in talent, engagement, workforce planning and people projects. You'll also mentor a HR Advisor and build strong relationships with operational leaders across sites.
About You
We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, HRBP or emerging HR Manager with:
- Strong generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, mining, engineering, manufacturing or similar operational environments
- Exposure to performance management, employee engagement and talent initiatives
- The ability to build credibility with operational and site-based stakeholders
- A practical, resilient and solutions-focused approach
- Exposure to IR, EBAs or investigations is advantageous but not essential
