This global technology organisation have undergone considerable growth and transformation since their establishment.  They utilise software to improve efficiency and sustainability of crucial markets that impact everyday lives.  We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and deliver high-quality HR support across the organisation. This is a key leadership role partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive culture, performance, and organisational effectiveness aligned with commercial objectives.

About the Role
Reporting to the Group Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance across organisational development, culture, change management, and employee relations.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring HR initiatives deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Leadership
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive company culture, vision, and values
  • Provide strategic HR advice aligned with business priorities
  • Coach and influence leaders to build high-performing, collaborative teams
  • Lead and embed a strong performance culture across the organisation
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and talent pipeline development
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience
  • Support and coach managers in best-practice hiring and interviewing
  • Drive onboarding programs and HR systems processes
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, performance management, and legislation (FWA & NES)
  • Manage employee relations matters including conflict resolution and investigations
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
Performance & Talent Development
  • Lead performance management frameworks and processes
  • Partner with leaders on talent development, succession planning, and capability building
  • Support performance improvement and employee lifecycle management

  • Identify organisational training needs and implement development plans
  • Deliver or coordinate internal training and leadership development initiatives

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and broader organisational goals
About You
You are a confident and commercially minded HR leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes.  Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR Management or equivalent will be essential as will 7 + years experience in a similar role.  You will be happy to be involved operationally whilst also supporting the strategic direction of the people function.  Your strong organisational skills, communication style, analytical capability and stakeholder management skills will position you to succeed in this opportunity.
