Reporting to a HR Business Partner, this crucial role will work alongside several HR professionals within this busy State Government entity.
The purpose of this position is to manage the recruitment and selection and establishment functions. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will work alongside a number of HR professionals during the ‘build’ phase of the HR Department. Key Responsibilities:
The aim of this extremely diverse role is to manage end to end recruitment and selection activities for a variety of roles. This includes providing authoritative advice and coaching to internal managers regarding the recruitment process; advertising, drafting role descriptions, reviewing selection reports to ensure quality standards are maintained; along with a range of other duties as they arise.
Other key responsibilities will include managing the HR inbox, dealing with HR enquiries, processing secondments and new starters onto the payroll system; escalating HR issues as required and involvement with ad-hoc project related work.

- The ability to deliver a range of recruitment services in an environment requiring the management of multiple priorities and challenging timeframes.
