About the role
You will play a key role supporting integrated creative and media teams by providing straight forward and strategic advice on commercial and technology agreements, TV and media advertising, IP and many more activities that come with innovative thought and design. Diversity will be the central theme, but some of the key tasks this role entails are:
- Collaborating with highly creative individuals to create menaingful and groundbreaking solution to clients across traditional media, TV and digital channels
- Identifying innovative thought and protecting ideas and the company's interests
- Liaising with clients and guiding them through legal issues in a pragramatic and easy to understand manner
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with advertising clients and industry-leading tech, SAAS and data companies and start-ups.
About you
You could already be in private practice thinking about that “first move in house”, or a Legal Counsel seeking a step up and exposure to a global business. Either way we know you will have some great skills to bring to the table based on your commercial legal experience. Whilst some familiarity with industry may be helpful, we encourage interested candidates from backgrounds with related experience to apply.
