Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts and variance analysis
- Be the key business partner for Sales & Marketing
- Support budgeting and re-forecasting processes across the business
- Deliver commercial insights to operational and leadership teams
- Manage month-end close activities, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee rebate accounting, accruals and reporting processes
- Assist with audit, compliance and tax-related requirements
- Support ERP, reporting and finance process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to business cases, pricing reviews and operational analysis projects
- CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
- Strong Excel and ERP systems capability
- Analytical, commercially curious and detail-oriented
- Confident engaging with stakeholders across finance and operations
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously
