Senior Manager, Rewards and Loyalty
Ready to shape one of Australia’s most ambitious loyalty ecosystems? We’re looking for a strategic, commercially sharp Senior Manager to help lead a high‑performing loyalty and rewards function at scale.
As the 2IC to the Head of Loyalty & Partnerships, you’ll drive the evolution of a national membership program; designing loyalty architecture, optimising member value, leading partner strategy and delivering commercial growth.
What you will do
You’ll own the roadmap, steer the rewards ecosystem, and bring data‑driven thinking to every decision.
It’s both a strategic and hands-on role where you will influence and collaborate with key senior stakeholders, and operate at pace across digital, product, data and commercial environments. Success looks like stronger member engagement, smarter partner performance, and a loyalty program that continues to scale.
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years across loyalty, partnerships, product, digital or commercial roles
- Deep experience in Tier 1 loyalty or rewards programs
- Proven ability to design, scale or optimise complex loyalty ecosystems
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership
- Leadership capability with experience coaching and developing teams
- Data‑driven mindset and comfort working cross‑functionally
