An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Payroll Manager/Leader to join a global, complex organisation on an interim basis. This role has been created to provide critical coverage during a period of extended and unscheduled leave within the team.
Operating as a key bench-strength resource across the broader group, this role will support multiple business units and stakeholders across a blue-collar workforce environment. The position is best suited to a highly experienced payroll/remuneration professional who can step in quickly, operate autonomously and provide stability and expertise to the wider function.
This is likely to suit someone seeking a shorter-term engagement rather than a long-term career move.
