Key Responsibilities
- Manage workplace investigations, grievances, disciplinary matters and performance cases end-to-end
- Provide timely, pragmatic HR advice to leaders on policies, procedures and employment legislation
- Support performance management, misconduct and behavioural matters with confidence and care
- Prepare documentation including investigation reports, letters and formal correspondence
- Coach leaders to build capability in managing people matters effectively
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives across engagement, culture and process improvement
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards and internal frameworks
About You
- Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor, Business Partner or similar HR generalist role
- Experience in employee relations and case management
- Confident managing sensitive and complex matters with professionalism and discretion
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
- Available to start immediately or within a two week notice period
