About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, this role is a true generalist with a strong workplace relations focus. You will partner with leaders to navigate complex employee matters while contributing to broader HR initiatives and projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee relations matters including grievances, investigations, and performance management
- Providing advice on employment legislation, industrial instruments, and compliance
- Supporting fit for work, disciplinary and termination processes
- Contributing to HR projects and organisational change initiatives
- Assisting with policy development, reporting, and process improvement
You are a confident and capable HR professional who thrives in a busy, evolving environment.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a HR advisory role with strong ER exposure
- Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations
- Experience managing complex casework and stakeholder relationships
- A calm, professional and solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels
