Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering effective, practical HR support while helping to drive continuous improvement across people and culture practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, practical advice to leaders on a broad range of people matters
- Manage employee and industrial relations matters, including performance, disciplinary processes and grievances
- Support the review and improvement of HR policies, procedures and processes
- Contribute to change and organisational initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistent, best-practice HR outcomes
- 3+ years’ experience in a HR Advisor or generalist role
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Confident managing ER matters end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable)
- Happy to work 5 days onsite (flexible start & finish times)
