We are partnering with a well-established organisation to appoint a Senior People & Culture Advisor on a 12-month parental leave cover. This is a hands-on, generalist role supporting leaders across the business and contributing to key people initiatives.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering effective, practical HR support while helping to drive continuous improvement across people and culture practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, practical advice to leaders on a broad range of people matters
  • Manage employee and industrial relations matters, including performance, disciplinary processes and grievances
  • Support the review and improvement of HR policies, procedures and processes
  • Contribute to change and organisational initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistent, best-practice HR outcomes
About You
  • 3+ years’ experience in a HR Advisor or generalist role
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Confident managing ER matters end-to-end
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable)
  • Happy to work 5 days onsite (flexible start & finish times)
