The Opportunity As the Senior Performance Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation's paid marketing engine, leading strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels.
You will oversee a small specialist team while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive acquisition, optimise marketing investment and deliver meaningful commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other emerging platforms
- Own campaign strategy, audience development, budget allocation, testing and optimisation
- Manage and enhance the organisation's analytics ecosystem, including GA4
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable business insights
- Drive conversion rate optimisation across digital customer journeys and landing pages
- Lead external agency and freelancer relationships, ensuring performance and accountability
- Mentor and develop a team of performance marketing specialists
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver integrated, data-driven marketing initiatives
- Monitor and manage marketing investment to maximise ROI and acquisition outcomes
You are a technically strong performance marketer who combines hands-on channel expertise with commercial thinking and leadership capability.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and TikTok
- Strong expertise in GA4, attribution, tracking and analytics
- Experience optimising acquisition funnels and improving marketing performance through testing and experimentation
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels and marketing measurement frameworks
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- Previous people leadership or mentoring experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- A passion for data, continuous improvement and delivering measurable outcomes
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
- Exposure to lead generation, education, insurance, subscription or consumer services environments
- Experience with CRM integration and customer lifecycle marketing
- Knowledge of additional paid channels including LinkedIn, YouTube or programmatic
