Taking a hands-on approach; this role will sit at the intersection of Financial Accounting, FP&A and Projects / Process Improvement. This role is set for an immediate start and initially commence as a 3 month contract (scope for extension and/or permanency).
The responsibilities
Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, your high-level responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);

- Financial Reporting and Management Accounting
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Financial Planning and Commercial Analysis
- Proactive involvement in projects from a Finance standpoint
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as directed by the wider Finance team
Ideally, you will be a CA/CPA qualified accounting professional and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross-functionally within the business will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will have a strong attention to detail and a self-motivated approach to continuous learning and professional development. Furthermore, proven career experience working in an FMCG / Retail / Inventory-based industry will be considered highly advantageous.
