This role will suit a seasoned transformation leader who has successfully delivered finance, ERP, and enterprise platform transformation initiatives and is comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders while driving complex delivery outcomes.
Working within a large transformation portfolio, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic finance transformation initiative that will shape future business capabilities, technology, operating models, governance and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a large-scale finance transformation project.
- Manage procurement and vendor selection activities.
- Drive project governance, planning, reporting and risk management.
- Partner with executive stakeholders and senior business leaders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external delivery partners.
- Manage business readiness, process redesign and organisational impacts.

To be successful, you will bring:
- Extensive Senior Project Management experience delivering complex transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading end to end finance transformations
- Strong procurement, vendor management and commercial experience.
