The role You will take ownership of an enterprise‑wide workforce management transformation, stabilising delivery and leading the program through to a successful go‑live.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the end‑to‑end migration from Kronos to Humanforce, including planning, recovery and execution
- Managing complex time and attendance (“clock on/off”) technologies, ensuring alignment with manufacturing operations
- Interpreting and implementing multiple Australian Enterprise Agreements within the workforce management and payroll framework
- Establishing strong governance, reporting and controls in a currently under‑defined environment
- Ensuring payroll accuracy through rigorous testing to prevent compliance, financial and reputational risk
- Owning backend integrations between Humanforce, payroll and downstream systems
- Leading vendors, internal teams and senior stakeholders, holding firm on scope, timelines and quality
- Driving decision‑making, managing risk and delivering outcomes under intense time constraints
- Demonstrated success delivering workforce management systems in manufacturing environments, including physical clocking technology
- Deep, hands‑on experience working with Australian Enterprise Agreements and complex IR rules
- A track record of ensuring payroll compliance through detailed testing and controls
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge, escalate and lead under pressure
- Experience stepping into distressed or at‑risk programs and restoring delivery momentum
