A globally recognised leader in intelligent power management is looking for a Senior SIOP Analyst & Planner to join their ANZ team based in inner south Sydney. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of data, strategy, and operations - where your analysis will directly shape how the business plans, performs, and grows.
The Role
Reporting into a collaborative and forward-thinking supply chain function, you'll lead planning and forecasting across short, mid, and long-term horizons while driving the continuous improvement of the SIOP process across ANZ. You'll translate complex datasets into clear insights and executive-ready narratives, track performance against KPIs, and partner with senior leaders across Sales, Operations, Product, and Aftermarket Service to influence real outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading demand, capacity, and operational planning processes aligned to business strategy
- Supporting the facilitation and evolution of the SIOP cycle across ANZ
- Analysing large, complex datasets to surface trends, risks, and opportunities
- Building dashboards, reports, and executive presentations that tell a clear story
- Monitoring forecast accuracy, OTD, SLOB, DOH, safety stock, and MRP compliance
- Maintaining data health and integrity across ERP systems and BI models
- Partnering with cross-functional leaders and presenting findings with confidence
- 5–8+ years in a senior planning, forecasting, or analyst capacity
- Strong command of ERP and planning systems - SAP, Oracle, or IBP highly regarded
- Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI or Tableau
- The ability to communicate complex data simply and influence senior stakeholders
- A strategic mindset balanced with sharp attention to detail
