A large, well‑established healthcare organisation with multiple sites across Perth is modernising its Talent Acquisition function. You’ll join a supportive P&C team north of the river, working closely with an experienced and highly regarded TA Lead.
The Role
You’ll manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a busy portfolio, with a strong focus on clerical, call centre and customer‑facing roles. You’ll also support technical recruitment, graduate programs and large assessment centres.
Key responsibilities:
- Full recruitment lifecycle
- High‑volume sourcing and talent pooling
- Supporting assessment centres and graduate intakes
- Building strong hiring manager relationships
- University partnerships and early‑talent engagement
- Preparing contracts and interpreting awards (training provided)
- Contributing to candidate care initiatives
- Experience in high‑volume or agency recruitment
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
- Energetic, proactive and candidate‑focused
- Able to build credibility with technical managers
- 4+ years’ internal or agency experience
- Resilient, adaptable and consultative
- WHV candidates welcome; sponsorship may be available
- $130,000–$135,000 + 12% super
