As a Senior Water Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, modelling, and managing projects while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with ambitious growth plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver diverse projects, including wetland and stormwater designs.
• Mentor junior engineers, guiding them through modelling and technical tasks.
• Develop proposals, conduct design and modelling using tools like 12D and 2Flow, and oversee construction reviews.
• Communicate with clients, councils, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits for inspections and technical overviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, including local experience on South Australian Water projects.
• Expertise in stormwater, drainage, flooding, and remediation projects.
• Strong design and modeling skills, including proficiency in 12D, 2Flow, and basic AutoCAD.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Exceptional communication, reporting, and organizational skills..
