About our Client
Sharp & Carter is partnering with a leading national services organisation to appoint a Senior Workforce Administrator into a critical role supporting large, frontline operations.

The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Senior Workforce Administrator will own the end‑to‑end administration, governance, and optimisation of workforce systems, processes, and data. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will play a pivotal role across workforce planning, scheduling, time & attendance, reporting, and payroll readiness.
  • Provide senior‑level oversight of rosters, schedules, and time & attendance data
  • Act as escalation point for complex workforce, rostering, and work‑rule issues
  • Own workforce data integrity within UKG (or similar workforce management systems)
  • Lead workforce system configuration changes, testing, and validation
  • Monitor and proactively resolve timesheet and approval exceptions ahead of payroll cut‑off
  • Produce and analyse workforce reports, exception trends, and operational insights
  • Partner closely with Payroll to ensure accurate, compliant pay outcomes
  • Support workforce‑related projects, enhancements, and remediation initiatives
  • Maintain governance, controls, and audit‑ready workforce data
About You
 
You will be a detail‑driven and commercially minded workforce professional with a strong understanding of how workforce systems impact payroll and compliance.
You will bring:
  • Proven experience administering workforce systems (UKG Ready, Dimensions, or Pro preferred)
  • Strong background in rostering, scheduling, time & attendance, and leave management
  • Experience supporting payroll cut‑offs and resolving workforce‑related payroll issues
  • Exposure to awards, EBAs, and payroll interfaces
  • Experience in large, multi‑site or frontline workforce environments
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Confident stakeholder communication skills and a collaborative working style
