As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and internal teams. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth customer journey, from initial enquiry through to job completion. This position suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a busy environment, and is passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Manage bookings, service requests, and general enquiries
- Prepare quotes, work orders, and service documentation
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate job progress
- Provide timely updates and maintain strong customer communication
- Process invoices and support general administrative tasks
- Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process
- Previous experience in customer service or administration
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
- Experience in a technical, service, or operational environment (desirable but not essential)
