As the Site Finance Manager, you'll lead financial operations, partner with site leadership, provide financial control, operational insights, and drive performance improvements across manufacturing, supply chain, and support functions.
This is a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting, strengthening processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a business with ambitious growth plans for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site financial reporting, including month-end close, reconciliations, and management reporting
- Lead a small, efficient team of three (3)
- Deliver timely and insightful analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Partner with production and operations teams to monitor and improve site performance
- Oversee inventory accounting, costing, and working capital management
- Manage, track and improve KPIs (financial and non-financial)
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage audit, compliance, and statutory requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- CA/CPA qualified
- Proven experience in manufacturing or site-based finance roles
- Strong background in costing, inventory, and operational finance
- Advanced ERP and Excel capability, preferably utilising SAP
- Commercially minded, with the ability to translate data into action
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across operational and executive teams
