About the Role
- Oversee onsite operations on a $10m office build
- Coordinate sub-contractors ensuring time and quality measures are met
- Liaise with stakeholders including Clients and internal staff
- Ensure paperwork/ compliance is up to date
Your background
- 5+ years Experience as a site manager with a commercial builder
- Ideally experience in multi level construction, including basement
- Illustrate ability to communicate effectively
- Competent in administrative tasks
