About the Role:
- Oversee new build project from start to finish
- Coordinate sub-contractors ensuring time and quality measures are met
- Consistent liaising with clients, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Lead OH&S on site
Your background:
- 5-10+ years in a site manager role with a commercial builder
- Ideally have previous disability/health experience
- Illustrate ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Competent in administrative tasks, i.e. OH&S paperwork and other state government requirements
