This group are a leading boutique apartment and commercial builder that deliver projects up to $20 mil. They have recently won a high end apartment project in Camberwell, consisting of nine apartments and a basement and need a Site Manager.

Reporting to a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the construction program and ensuring that key milestones are met. You will supervise all onsite activity and ensure all company safety standards are met. You will work through any design and constructability issues with design consultants and the Project Manager.
