This group specialise in new build apartment and commercial projects up to $20 mil. They have a mixture of their own development work and external work and have a healthy pipeline of work for the next 18 months. Due to winning a $15 mil new build commercial office they need a Site Manager. 

Reporting into a Project Manager you will be responsible for supervision of sub-contractors onsite, monitoring and ensuring the program is achieved, managing QA and OH&S and working closely with the Project Manager to resolve design/construction issues that arise. 

To be considered for this position you will ideally have delivered apartment or commercial projects from start to finish and have experience with mobile or tower cranes.
