About the Role:
- Oversee all operations on site of an $8m education project
- Coordinate sub-contractors appropriately, ensuring time and quality measures are met
- Liaise with stakeholders including local government and school stakeholders
- Lead OH&S on site and also quality.
Your background:
- 5+ years in a foreman/site manager role with a commercial builder
- Ideally have previous education experience
- Illustrate ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Competent in administrative tasks, i.e. OH&S paperwork and other government requirements
