Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Capture photography and video of day-to-day bakery operations, products, and team moments.
- Edit and optimise content for social performance while maintaining the brand voice.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and authentic manner
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content and collaborations.
- Support social media campaigns, product launches, store openings, and special events.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and store teams to align social content with broader business initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights on content engagement and growth.
- Recommend improvements to content, formats, or posting strategies based on analytics.
- 3-5 years’ experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or similar business.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Basic photography, videography, and editing skills.
- Excellent creativity and storytelling abilities tailored for social media audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and execute content calendars.
- A proactive, social-native mindset with the ability to spot trends and act on them quickly.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and visual.
